Sentim will carry out the protective and renewal parts' maintainence and care services of the Operational Call Center of the Turkish Telecommunication A.Ş systems which are set up in Ankara - Ulus and Istanbul -Bostanci.

Covering the project that was carried put by us in the past months, 628 operational call centers in Ankara and and 472 operational call centers in Istanbul were set up and primarily 118 was put in service for the Unknown Number Services.

During the past times, other than giving out the 118 Unknown Number Services , the following services carried out at the moment have been added to the TT OÇM project :

  • ADSL Support Services Call Center
  • TT NET Call Center
  • RTÜK Call Center
  • AVEA Call Center (Additional Service Purchasing)
  • Malfunction Record and Tracking
  • Debt Inquiry and closure reminder services
  • Message service for subscribers that arent available in their places
  • Wake up call service
  • International Call service
  • Long Distance Call Service
  • Story, anecdote, music, poem listening services
  • Alo Vatan (Hello Motherland country) services

Thanks to the system whos foundation was designed ready for the future, the subscribers ; can reach the services via WAP and web rather than the telephone, and they can also keep the SMS, e-mail, fax calls in the same line as the sound based calls and direct them to the appropriate operators.

In this context; by enabling customer focused integrated communication solutions ; all kinds of maintenance and care procedures and all nessecary spare parts will be provided by our firm for the equipments and software that were purchased directly for the Operational Call Centers of the Turkish Telecom A.Ş ,which aims to provide its subscribers fast ,high quality and economic services.
